An armed security guard allegedly shot at suspects during an attempted break-in at a dispensary in Sawtelle Thursday morning.

The Los Angeles Police Department said they are looking for four suspects who attempted to break into the dispensary near the intersection of Pico Boulevard and Centinela Avenue.

Officers responded around 4:26 a.m. and found an armed security guard who shot at the suspects. The suspects fled the scene before police arrived and it does not appear that anyone was injured during the shooting. 

KCAL News previously reported on another incident at the same location in March. A suspect was fatally shot by an armed security guard during an attempted burglary. 

The security guard told LAPD officers at the time that the suspect deliberately crashed his vehicle into the dispensary. The guard, who was inside the business at the time of the crash, said the man was wearing a ski mask, and believing it was a burglary attempt, the guard fired and shot the suspect at least once.
